Onscreen Keyboard Doubt

I have a verybig doubt regarding a webscript. I dont know how to ask that exactly.. Here what i am looking for. A script that displays the keyboard layout in the webpage. The webpage is nothing but the login page. For security reasons i am asking users to enter the id and password by clicking on the available keyboard on the screen. Please let me know how to proceed with this further? is there is any particular name for this script?
