Newbie question, am I able to sell PS4 games?

I remember reading something about how new consoles (PS4/X1) were implementing something to stop the sell of used games. Any truth to this?
Because I just ended a PS4 game and I would like to sell it.

It was Xbone one that planned to prevent the selling of used games, but they faced a huge backlash and reversed on their policies.
You can sell both PS4 and Xbox One games, to my knowledge that is.

That would kill the video shops because they buy, sell and hire video games..
