network card driver

i got this thing from my father’s network card board.
where can i get this driver.

model is -RTL8139 chip is -JX-518L (I think)

So wait, I’m a bit confused with your post. You got an onboard network card driver like on your motherboard or in a PCI slot?
A driver is not an application, so try to manually establish an internet connection using the Windows wireless connection wizard. Since that driver has been installed, it should work.
i got network card with pci slot.[new network card].my onboard card cant use anymore.
