Need to click on icon to enter win7 — how to remove this?

hello,
i recently installed vmware workstation. and since then, every time i power on my pc, i need to click on an icon (no password) to start windows 7. [as if a profile, though i did not create another profile]
is there a way to remove this, and make windows load automatically on power on. how can i do this? i tried to change it but there was no option.

Install some program like tuneup, tweak UI – change this setting – uninstall program.
