need to censor only a certain part of the video

hi,i have a video i need to use for project,but it needs to be censored.is there any ways to censor just a part of the video?

you have to cut out the part you don’t want.
try “Xilisoft Video Cutter” from apps.
it cuts out any segment you choose.

Can u take it a video editing app and just create a black box over the image and move it around with the movie? Or a blur…

cant do that ,i need to censor certain part on the clip itself not cut it out.master can u suggest a program or a way to do it?

its look promising but i followed the tutorial for vegas sony and i couldnt get it to work.thank anyways
