Need help for translating…

I dont think you can remove the voice and keep the music in a video, I’m guessin the voice in the video is overlapping, so you’d have to remove both and input your own music and voice.
Can i just decrease the volume of the sound in video and input mine?

To be honest, If you are getting paid for it (And you feel that you’re not up for the challenge)
then you’d be best issuing a refund and call the whole thing off!

Yep, You could also completely delete the original audio and replace it with your own.
To be honest, Doing any of the above would be a plain bad idea! If you’ll mix up both audios (Original & Your own) it’d just be strange and awkward to watch. And if you’ll replace the original with your own, That would suck too (Especially if there are multiple people on the footage that would have the same voice!) not to mention that keeping the video/audio in sync (Mouth movements>Audio) would be a very difficult task. So my advice, Either invest time and effort in creating subtitles or just give up! And also, Unless this is something rare (Or a personal video) odds are you could find pre-made subtitles for it online!

I’m creating a presentation for school so and im not going to be payed… You know, there isnt a man or woman who’s talking and i can see him/her. Its an video about game so there is nobody what we can see(cause you wrote mouth movements-). It would be best to just cut out voice and keep the music but i see now that is impossible… So i will cut out all audio and input my speech translation. Thanks…
And also, Unless this is something rare (Or a personal video) odds are you could find pre-made subtitles for it online! You know the prob is that i’m not going exactly to translate this because it should not be a game presenation. Vid is good but he speaks in another language and mention something that i dont need. Sry for my bad english…And just to know there isnt a subtitle for that vid…

From my experience, Voice trap (a VST plugin) works best for these kinda cases.
I could do it for you if you want. There’s also another way to go about it, If you could recognize the particular song used in the video, You could just download it, And then make your own version with it!
And just to know there isnt a subtitle for that vid...Yeah, I kinda figured that out myself after you provided the description!
It isnt a song what i can download its a theme which i got on my PC but the sound efects are prob but no mather for that…
