Need help for hosting warez sites

hello friend my name Is rukshan. Firstly i should tell you is an amazing site. I know how much you have done your work for the site. Here I need some information from you. Because there may have few Experience friends here.
i have an idea to launch a small site. But I have sm problems . I know that if i put those softwares and other copyright items in the site there will be a problem. I need some advice from you.
1. How to buy a domain with fake registration details. If use my friend credit card they can find us.
2. How do we host the site. Coz every web hosters now allowing to host sites.
