Need help finding an old game’s name

It was a funny network game back in the late 90’s in which you have rounds, and in each round there’s a different funny picture showing and each user needs to give it a funny caption and after each round everybody vote which caption is the best.
I remember the game had a client and between rounds there was a short commercial break.

The game is called “Get the picture” by Jellyvision.
