Need help compressing some files

Is possible to compress a 12mb or a 5mb folder to 2mb with WinRAR??

choose as Compression Method Best in winar it wil make 5mb to 3.98mb
12mb maybe 2-3mb lower (ex.12mb to 10mb)
TRY
7zip makes 5mb to 0.98mb with Ultra compression
7zip

Thanks In Advancedepends on what u r compressing. If its an already compressed file, it wont compress. but if its not, you can increase he compression ratio or use KGB archiver.. its really good but eats a lot of RAM. and by a lot, i mean a lottt!!

well the files i want to compress are text(pdf), video(mpg), audio(mp3) and an image(gif). The total file size of the files are like 5 mb and i want to compress them to 2mb. Its for a homework so i need to do quickly as possible.
