Need for Speed undercover Crash

Hey guys im playing NFS undercover on my dell inspiron n5110. the pc specs dont really matter as i have finished the game on this very laptop a couple of years ago.
now what happens is that the game goes to a blank screen after i finish the first job where im supposed to get a pink slip car. the screen remains blank. and i have to close it then.
ay solution to that?
I got this Reloaded version of NFS.
another issue is that the cut scenes and their voices dont match, can barely understand the voices.

So you’ve completed the very same game on the very same machine before with no problems?
Have you upgraded the the OS or installed anymore programs that are now running in the background? Before you close the game what is the processor running at (percentage wise) – you can check in Task Manager. And how long have you waited whilst the screen is black before you decide to exit the game?
Also, is there any hard drive activity during this time?
Sorry for the amount of questions but it helps us to get to the root of the cause.

the game works fine with any other race and everything else. I will look at everything that you mentioned and get back to you soon.
its just one race, i finish it but when its cut scenes end there’s a black screen.
