Need a suggestion in screen capturing a website!

Hey guys, I got a job for a free time in which I am supposed to have screenshot of an advertisement which is in flash on the website.
Steps in job is as below…
1) There, I’ve to use “Screen Hunter Free version” to capture whatever portion is covered in the screen, and paste it into paint.
2) In first screenshot whole web page should be captured and paste into mspaint (.jpg format). No matter how long the page is, you have to set it by capturing again and again and set into paint.
3) and in second screenshot all flash advertisement cycle should be taken as screenshot.
Now my question is…
Of course, This thing is little irritating. Company isn’t so big. & I think, there must be some better way to capture the whole web page AS A SCREENSHOT in one try. So, I want to have help or want to know any trick, which I can suggest them and make a job more easier.

get Faststone, you can capture scrolling windows. it won’t matter how long the website is, it will let you grab it all at once as one big long picture.
