My msn account is hacked.

My msn account is hacked. They keep sending spam mail with it. I already changed my password but they did hack it again.
I also did scan my PC with Kaspersky. But it didn’t find any virus.
What else can i do?

If i was you, i would redo windows, and then change pass. A full reinstall, and make sure your using iso from ms, and not hacked one.

i had this happen to me and it went away after it sent a couple of emails and i changed my pass. you could try contacting MSN themselves and see if they have anything that could help

Oddly, I just had this happen to me. MS blocked my accesses to the account. They sent me a code by text and I had to change the password.
Don’t think it was a virus though as it didn’t effect any other MS email accounts I use.
I scanned everything and even used a few online scanners. Nothing found.

Well they did block my account too. So ihad to change the password.
And my other account aren’t effected either. So what could it be?

change password from phone or other pc and doo a format after on pc

Change your password to something that is not a word, Also put many capitals and numbers as well as symbols. Then write it down somewhere until you have it memorized. If they are able to hack it again you should change browsers or uninstall all toolbars.

i clicked a link once and my anti virus didnt pick anything up, turned out to be a key logger and everything had been hacked, i fromated pc to be safe and changed all p/w
