MVP Baseball 2003 Help

I have vista and i cant play my old games i searched on google for a patch but it didnt help any suggestions?

None of your old Games will play in Vista, Vista is not Gamer friendly get rid of it if your into Games & downloading Games from . Go back to XP you just have to man.
