MSVCR80.dll error install problem MS OUTLOOK.. [SOLVED]

Hi,
Everytime i install Microsoft Office 2007 everything works great only Outlook.When i want to start it it gives this error:

What could be the problem because it always worked great but after i formatted my pc it gives this problem..

Download this dll and place it in folder where the Outlook exe is:

Hey man,i did what the guide says step by step but at the end of the microsoft diagnotics it stops and says this file is missing: O12Conv.msi.

I guess your download is corrupted or you will have insert another disc.

You can just Re-download from another good source (my suggestion)

No man,i tried thunderbird but i don t like it.
There is even not a agenda in it and many options of ms outlook aren t there!
Thunderbird can t smell on outlook man.. even only the layout… :s
