Movie Encoding Problem With “MEGUI”

I m trying to encode a movie with “megui”. I installed it properly updated aal files but when i encode the movie it gives me error and does’nt start encoding.
Can any 1 help me how to make it work?
or any other software to encode movies with tutorial?

Try Freemake Video Converter.
Simple tutorials at their website if need be.
