Move preferences from Portable FireFox to normal FF?

Basically I have the portable version of FireFox and im considering on installing the proper version.
Does the portable version load up faster than the normal version? Also how would i move all bookmarks/passwords/layout/add-ons to the normal version of Firefox if I chose to install it?

I’m not sure where the portable version stores your profile folder, so that’s for you to find out

Portable version doesn’t load up faster than the normal version,
but portable version is working great for people that want to run it on the go,
because all your information is able to move from one to other computer.
