Been looking into this board, but i’m reading reviews and it has its fair share of DOAs and problems. I just want more opinions.
I am getting the i5 sandy bridge processor:

Don’t buy MSI!
Also, get the Z68 chipset, its not much more than the P67.

Actually guys, I will be building my rig around this:

It has very good parts and around my price ranges. I am totally thinking of getting SSD for OS as well and maybe a raptor hd for gaming.

When you get a mobo, it really is dependent on the following options:
Does the cpu socket match the type of processor you’re going to get?
Will the board fit in your computer case? ATX? MicroATX? Etc…
How many ram slots do you need?
How many sata connections do you need and what speed do you want them to be at?
How many pci express slots do you need?
Do you need a board that can run sli?
Do you need USB 3.0 or not?
How many USB 2.0 do you need?
Otherwise you’re just going to buy an expensive board with more features than you would even need.
