mobile app idea development

Long time no see,
Look, I have a great mobile idea, will be the next bluetooth and infrared etc… I ve checked it out with big companies it hasnt been done yet.
Browsed a lot and couldnt find how to submit the idea to big mobile phone companies.
Its a very good thing if the app can be develeppoed and placed on the market it ill help millions.
need advise as to how to proceed.
