“MF.Dll is missing from your computer” , How to fi

Today , When I try to launch “Saints Row The Third” with Directx 11 , It gives me this error : ” MF.dll is missing from your computer” ,
but I am able to play with Directx 9 .
Can anyone know how to fix it ?
CPU : i7 920
Ram : 6
VGA : 5880 HD

open the rar file and put the dll in the folder named in the rar name (system32 or syswow64).
