Meta Tags – Editor Generator

As we all know, for getting recognized by Search Engines or SEO, we need to have Meta Tags configured in our HTML pages. However, it is a pain to edit these tags manually.
Can anyone please suggest me a software or an application to create, edit and generate this. it would be nice if it also has keywords recommended across different sections. Thanks in anticipation.
