Menu Creating Software

Hello
I have some Divx video episodes, and i’d like to create a menu using them. On average there would be 18 to 20 episodes making up the size of a DVD5 disc. I have tried iSkysoft DVD Creator as it lets you produce a menu using any video file.
Can anyone recommend a menu creator that would take the amount episodes without quality loss?

If you have windows dvd maker just add all your movie clips and hit next and burn, all your movies will show up on dvd as different scenes.
The help files also explain how to do it.
