Mass Effect 3 Level 28 at the begining!?

Can someone please explain to me why am I Level 28 the first time I level up and why do I have 55 points to invest in my skills!?The same goes for my crew,Ashley is Level 28 and 27 points!Is this some sort of bug or a glitch?

did u use a save from ME2 ? if so thats your reason

I’m guessing here, but it’s becuase you are supposed to “continue” from ME2, and if you don’t have an old save, it just balances it out, if you started as level 1, you wouldn’t have a chance.

Yes I did use my ME2 saves and the actual Level makes sense (finished ME 2 Level 27),but 55 points available the first time I level up …that’ can’t be wright.

That’s why. If you use ME2 save files, everything will be imported along certain amount of points according to your level.

Why weird? It was the same at the start of ME2, you had a large number of points to spend on upgrades at the start of the game.

Start new game instead of using ME2 save and it’ll be fresh. Level 1

That’s just great now there’s another problem:Wheny I play the Mars mission James( new crew member )mentions that I have “irradicated the Collector’s base” even though I haven’t WTF!?
