Mass Effect 3 – Any possible way of getting co-op working?

Any way play Mass Effect 3 coop?
So I just downloaded the new Mass Effect 3… Sweet!
But the issue is that a friend of mine and I wish to play co-op, and we can’t seem to find any way to do so.
If ME3 was released through the Steam client, it wouldn’t have been an issue as Greenluma/Smart Steam + tunngle would have done the trick, but the issue is that ME3 is released through Origin, and I have little knowledge on how Origin works. When selecting the multiplayer option it requires for an account, but when I try to log in it says “Missing cerberus key” or something similar.
So do any of you know how a way so me and my friend can save the earth together in Mass Effect 3?
Only if you have legit game + legit key you can play online… without that is NOT POSSIBLE!

Follow up question, if i’m currently using the reloaded version and buy the game BUT want to keep the DLC is it possible to play online?
would be nice
buy the game to play online, and have 2 ME3 games to play DLC.
