I want that each song will be played for20 secs and be played from the middle,

I guess that there should be a plugin for it.
But it won’t start from the middle of the song, but from the start.

maybe you can be more specific why you want to do that?or you can cut the song using mp3cutter..

I don’t know how many mp3 players have that feature, mine does, it just can be handy when you have large library.
You won’t cut all your songs if you just want to browse through them.
