Making ‘save as’ the defult when downloading .rar from RS

How do you do that? The little tick box which says ‘do this automatically for files like this from now on’ is ghosted so i cannot click it….
Im using firefox n windows vista btw.

Options>Main>Always ask me where to save files..

u can use ur primary Download manager to download files from RS.. even as a free user.. all u have to do is set the number of multiple connections to 1

got flashgot add on for FF i like v much. especially selecting multiple RS links and downloading them all at once! to think i had been doing it manually for all this time -_- lol that addon also removes my original problem, as i no longer get asked to ‘open with’ or ‘save to’ not so keen on flashget though, didnt like the layout or all the adverts. thanks for your help though

ur welcome.. and the “adverts” can be disabled View -> Recommendation -> Check “Disable Recommend Page Permanently”
