If I mail cash, is it illegal? It’s just a $20 US NOTE.

I can’t. Because I am registering a written project to WGAW and I have to do it by mailing. The fee for non-members is US$20, so I have to mail it w/ the money.. is it illegal?

People send money in the mail all the time in birthday card’s and whatever but i seriously wouldnt recomend doin so unless you’ve got money to burn
