Does Netflix do mailing anymore?

Does Netflix do mailing the DVDs anymore is it just streaming?

They do things differently in different countries.
In the United States they both do mailing DVDs and streaming. However you need separate subscriptions for each (there was a huge controversy some time back when they split the two–as it amounted to close to doubling of monthly fees when you take both vs the old combined subscription).
