Magicjack app help iphone

Okay so i can make calls but how do i receive them? I tried my magicjack number but it goes like this”your call cannot be complete as dailed please try again” how can I make magicjack app receive calls? I tried from another phone to call my magicjack number on the app but it says that so how do I receive calls do i have to do something special? I already turned the bages on notifications on so what do I have to do next to receive calls? I can make calls but not receive? I already have a texting app that works but I also want this to work so I don’t have to give out my real number to strangers.

If you disable Apple notifications, you will NOT receive incoming calls.
On your Apple device, choose Apple’s “Settings” and set “Notifications” to “ON”. Then scroll down and set “magicJack” to “ON”.
