Legit vs downloaded Windows

Hi guys,
Normally I try and do my best and use google or the search feature but I’m sick
for the moment with allot of headache so I was hoping you would help me out?
I’m not sure if I should buy windows vs downloading it what are the pro’s and con’s? One is for free and the other you gotta pay but is that all?
I would go for a legit version of windows later on this year when i’ll be buying a new graphics card since the one I got now is used and not that good…
Since I’m stuck at home sick for a couple of weeks now I need to make some cut’s in the budget…
If I would use a downloaded version of 8.2 what topic could anyone recommend me with easy instal?
Desktop will be used for games (Steam) and movies (VLC).

Use an untouched ISO such as these.

As far as the emulation technology has gone, the only difference is the price.

So I used PowerISO as administrator and turned the usb into a bootable device with the 64bit ISO.
Suprised to see it working on first try it ask’s me the product key to activate windows before installing, how do I fix this and what did I do wrong?

You are on a forum matey where pirates are god and spending money on software is an insult.
Ever since the internet came into existence (and before that) all my computers have run using software (and some freeware) and that includes the OS (every version from Microsoft) and every version of any other software I needed. So far it has cost me nothing and saved me a small fortune. Without I couldn’t afford to have a computer.
