Laptop powering on at 6am

My samsung rv510, if left on standby will turn on every morning at around 6am unless i have it powered off, anyone know how to fix this before i fire the thing out the window.

dont mind it during week cause im in the shower getting ready for work that time but the weekend. eh not so happy. and i hate turning it off, take too long to load.

Disable WAKEUP in BIOS… (also check Wake On Lan option, disable that too)
