Just had this serious graphics error

OK so I wasnt exactly doing alot, Just playing back a video when my screen went black and this appeared:

Werid thing is, I can move the mouse and click things and they appear fine, But as like wireframes…
The graphics card is a ATI Radeon HD 4350 I bought about 3 weeks ago.

Check out this post. Don’t try it if you have a warranty on the card which you should have if you just got it 3 weeks ago, return it the card has a bad connection on it somewhere most likely.
