ITunes Problem, Anyone Can lend me?

This happen to me too, What I did was make another account and check off the option “Sync Apps” in iTunes so it doesn’t detect it.
Either pay the $38 or call Apple Customer Service and they’ll take the amount off your account if you explain the story.

i tried live chat online and they say we cant handle itunes stuff and they forward me to their email, email does not help. and i tried to call but i cant get off the machine person
it happen to me to, they billed me for 50$ by mistake… after i called them they cancelled the charge.

yes everytime i call a machine answers and asks me for my name and tells me what i need help with and i say itunes and it forwards me to the website and hangs up.
Press multiple numbers when you get to the menu where it says “For iPod related issues press 1, For Mac OSX press 2”.

I called and someone said they cant do anything, we do not have access to your account and you have to email itunes support. We cannot help you on the phone.
That’s complete BS, I did most of my stuff concerning my account via phone. Call the number that’s on the iPhone/iPod case; the 1800 one
