Iso and extracting help.

January 27th, 2020

i resently got a rs premium account…anyhow when i download how ever many files which contain .iso. Im getting confused to how to extract them so they work? Am i meant to get 1 file? Help : |?
Answer #1
You should be able to extract them like normal with winRAR?
Answer #2
An ISO is an exact copy of a CD image, without the CD. It’s meant to be burned to a CD. However, the contents can be extracted to your harddrive. Get a software called UltraISO. You can get it elsewhere here. Use it to burn or extract an ISO.
Answer #3
yeah i know how to operate the iso when i have it but with the files…do i extract them all into 1 folder and i get 1 .iso from all the smaller files from all the links? On winrar do i have “extract and replace” or “extract and overight” Which do i use? im confused about what to do.
Answer #4
WInrar or drag and drop
Answer #5
are you saying that you downloaded say 10 rar files..
you extracted them and were left with a whole load (say 30) smaller rar files?
if you did, just extract those ones like you did the original 10.
sometimes people who are severely handicapped in all things sensical split the files and rar each ones – (lost count the number of times ive had this) – results in non sequential files which you have to extract one by one.
more details on your current problem is needed.
Answer #6
I believe that I understand your problem. Just place all the parts of the archive into the same folder, right click on one of them (and only on one of them) and select Extract here. This will extract all the files even though you haven’t selected them. Good luck mate ^_^

Answer #10
yeah sorry >.< i was (still am) confused about it i have just got a rapidshare premium account and the whole mass amoutn of links is confusing. More details here: Okay say i download a 5 files which have an iso in it…What do i do with these 5 files i know about extracting but i think im doing it wrong! Someone just explain what to do with the X amount of files i have and make it clear what the outcome will should look like. Thanks p.s thanks for helping in many of my helpdesk threads ^.^
Answer #11
After downloading an X amount of file you need to place them into the same folder. After placing them into the same folder right click on the first of the file. Select Extract Here from the context menu (the right click menu). This will extract the .ISO file from the RAR archive (or any file for that matter). If you need Winrar you can get it here:
http://~ Dead file host ~/files/69172236/wrar371.zip
I hope you get it. Good luck mate ^_^
