IS Zend guard is better for protecting PHP Or anything ?

As i know that zend is better than from every thing else … but a question in my mind ..it is more secure ?
because you already know that there are many site that offer “dezend” ….. WHM already dezend …. in this stiution i think it is not better choice …
So , any body have idea … what is better

I used IonCube 5 and I think it’s OK tool for PHP encoding. Zend Guard was too expensive for me.
