is this a scam site or not ?

I live in Indonesia, I want to buy a zerolemon battery for my LG E988, but unfortunately the seller in amazon (baxter wireless) doesn’t provide shipping to my country
after googling for awhile, I found another zerolemon site, seems like of phillipines’ origin
I wonder why zerolemon has a phillipines’ site but not other countries ?
Is this a scam or legit site ? http://www.zerolemon.ph/en/
If it’s legit, I’ll try to order from them

Because of the change in the registrant (we don’t know what exactly was changed but something did), you need someone who purchased AFTER July 1, 2014.

I would say legit…The fact that they use PayPal is a good sign..They would be long gone from PayPal if they were scamming..
Didn’t find LG E988 in a search though?
