Well, if you have Visual BASIC installed then right click on the exe, and go to open with > then select visual BASIC.

What exactly do you want to modify in this source code (when you get it)?? Cuz there is this one program called Resource Hacker on google. Its freeware. It can modify visual basic script. You can modify the icon, dialog text, etc…. Just look for it on google. ( it might not work for all programs becuase some have high encrypted security on them)
