is there a software to seach text from files?

I am looking for a software which you be able to search text from files,
dreamweaver can do that, but I want a stand alone software,
software should be able to search the text you type in couple of files in a folder.

It’s called windows search… Access from the start menu or right click folder menu.

I downloaded it, and it works fine,
thank you everybody for replies.
I wanted to do a search on multiple files without opening files one by one,
yes windows does that do, but this software allows you to do the search on multiple files and some editing right away.

start,search, search file or folder , search for text file , they go advance and the 2nd option : a word or a sentence in the document
