Ipod Touch Question(s)

Well i plan to buy one this friday ( will probs be the latest version/firmware)as im getting it from the apple store.
Now can it be jailbroke ?
and will cracked apps/games etc work on the latest one ?

Since its from the Apple store I’m guessing it will be a 2nd Gen one in which case no it can’t be jailbroken. The 1st Gen can though.

its useless. the rules state no discussion of piracy
….so no cracked app’s etc..can be used in the new one ?

why u want to crack it? simply put newest firmware and install apps with itunes ,,, i mean free aps , there are tons of them and some are really cool , cracking and jailbreaking is risky and ugly and weird and never again

There wont be a jailbreak for the 2G iPod Touch until the iphone dev team finishes the 3g baseband unlock. Could be next week, could be a few months.. it will all get hacked in time.
