Iphone Backup

I have a big problem. I want to back up my iphone4 because every time I reinstall windows I lose itunes and have to reinstall it and when I do it wants to erase and sync my iphone without backing up my apps or data.
Mainly because my iphone has cracked apps and is jailbroken.
Is there any other way other then itunes I can back up my iphone4?

Music, videos, pictures save to partition (for example D: , and after you format your computer just add those back)
Contacts sync with Gmail or with any app that does that (in AppStore you can find a lots of free apps that will backup and sync contacts to internet)
Apps/Games save IPA files to partition (for example D: , and after you format your computer just add those back )
And you will never loose a thing!

Yes music I paid for from itunes app on the iphone, since they cosed my itunes account down I will lose it all & the videos too

what you need to do is backup your iTunes library, best way is in the preference area, check the box that says organized library, and then change the location to a external drive, once u format, load iTunes, and tell it to search for the library in that location
