Jailbroken Iphone backup

Is there a guide to make a complete backup of a jailbroken iphone including installous apps, cydia packages and apps, media files, contacts and messages, winterboard themes, shsh blobs and anything else that needs backing up. If a guide exists can someone please tell me where I can find it or can someone please tell me a step by step guide to backing up my iphone.

1. Installous Apps you CAN’T save, you can only save IPA files while downloading and then add ’em again to iTunes
2. Cydia packages = PKGBackup , awesome app!
3. Media files (songs, videos, pictures will stay in iTunes)
4. Contacts you can SYNC via Gmail account (or with any other app, just take a look in Appstore)
5. SMS, you can only SSH file from iPhone
6. SHSH blobs are saved on Cydia servers so no need for anything else…
