IPhone 4 home button issue

So I have an iPhone 4 that is becoming an issue with the home button. What happens is that every time that use the home button, sometimes it doesn’t work and it requires a second tap or 3rd tap in order to function. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Hardware problem….. Either replace it or live with it…

Where do you live? Do you have Apple shop near? Or some other shop that will be able to fix it?

Its not an actual hardware problem… its more of carbon stuck under the home button problem. You have to take it a tech guy who knows what he is doing. it requires you to open up the iphone clean up the carbon from under the home button and put it back together. and it will work like a charm.
its a very common problem amongst iphones. had it on my 3gs a while back and got it fixed very cheaply..
