Iphone 3gs

Hi guys, long time no talk… Basically I have an iphone 3gs and even tho it rebooys itself all the time im using an app or whenever the phone is being used i would still like to make it for use as an ipod for my son….. Is there any way I can make it so I can use it as an iphone? I cant really connedt to itunes and so because of this I cant download any games for him… Anyting I can do? thanx in advance

i forgot one thing… it has no service….

You will need to add to sim and then download something called NOSim i think and you can take it out and use it as a IPOD. but why cant you connect to itunes?
If you have wifi you can go into cydia and download installous and download cracked games for free

If you upgrade to 4.1 then jailbreak it will be hacktivated. You’ll be able to use it like an iPod touch at that point.

But I cant because I now have an iphone 4 and the sim cards are smaller
