IPB Board Statistics got reset please help. URGENT!

I have over 120 Registered Members at my forum. But now the forum says “8 Registered Members” I checked the ADMIN panel and all the members are still there, seems like the counter got reset somehow.
I did went to Admin CP -> Tools & Settings -> Recount & Rebuild -> Recount Statistics it didn’t wok at all and I upload a refresh files nd noting too.
Any suggestion to fix this problem?

Check your Members table in the database via phpmyadmin, if only 8 show there then you have somehow deleted those members, also you should have a backed up copy of your database, so just dump this to the database and all the members you have deleted if the above is true will be in the backup, if your still having problems PM me your board index link so i can have a look (i am not asking for admin access nor would i you should only give this info out to trusted people!)

Put in a ticket request to IPB. They can help you, but only if you’re running a licensed copy of IPB.
