Installing Norton 360

Hello,
I tried to install Norton 360 which included the iso and the EDGE keygen. The first time i went to install it i put in the product key and then it would never go to the activate by phone although i pressed the button on the keygen at the right time. The second time i go to install Norton 360 it seems that it saves the key i used the first time so i can never get to put in a new key from the keygen. Even though i uninstall Norton 360 before i try to install it again. Help me please!

When you uninstall something it never completely uninstalls. To completely uninstall, uninstall Norton then go to programs files and delete the Norton folder and when you reinstall it should be a fresh install and try again.

Download the unistaller for the version you installed from here and then after restarting try installing norton again http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

i tired that and i will try
edit: the removal tool did not work it still just jumps into the install and doesnt ask for a product key

I don’t use Norton but can you do this or it doesn’t allow you Re-activate Norton 360:
1. Start Norton 360.
2. Click Help & Support > Support.
3. Click Activation.
4. Click Next and enter the Product Key(The same Product Key from Norton Account).
5. Click Next and then click Finish.
