Installing Brushes for PS CS3 [MAC OS X 10.4]

I am having trouble getting my brushes that I downloaded to show up in the brush sets for my Photoshop CS3. I put them in the proper folder [presets/brushes] and nothing happens. Previously on my PC as long as I put them in that folder and just loaded up photoshop they would show up I am wondering if I have to do something different for the MAC.

EDIT: Ok I guess they are showing up now. I changed the view for the images in my brush sets and they showed up they are just not in the named list.

When you have the brush tool, right click on your canvus and click the “>” … then select “Load Brushes” and they should apear at the bottom of the brush set you have open.
