Which exactly? The one that says Camera Zoom FX? You can’t make that kind of effects with a few clicks.

Most plugins for Photoshop nowadays are not complicated and very easy to use, they open up as a standalone program within photoshop, and have buttons to add their effcts. What effect are you trying to achieve? Maybe I can recommend a plugin that does it.
