Im looking for a program

You know how people record their screen while speaking on the microphone, and then post that video on youtube (Usually for explaning how to do certain things on pc). What is the name of that program(s)? In case you didn’t understand what im talking about, the people in that video usually start their conversation by saying “Ok, hello everyone, today Im going to tell you how you can …… on your pc.” )
