As far as I know (verified by google) there are still no “working” emulators. http://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/computers/673232-ps3-emulator-real-fake-x-post-forums-playstation-3-a.html
And even if there was one out there, the chance that you’d be able to run it (on any current high-end gaming rigg) is pretty slim.

just buy fat ps3, get it jailbroken, unlimited free games u can easily get 1 for 150$ at craigslist… or any slim jail breakable model
