IE & Windows store not working ?

my tablet can not run internet explore and windows store won’t open at all. At the same time, Opera browser run fine !!
This information may help to solve my problem:
Either some app at your tablet or your router blocks the specific port? Open it and retry. Or check these two posts with similar problems.
