IDMan is a component of IDM as far as I know, it shouldn’t be dangerous.

It’s a download of IPSec Policies (Internet Protocol Security) that supposedly makes Internet Download Manager permanently registered. But IPsec is for network security in Windows so I wouldn’t trust it. It’s unknown what policies the Idman.ipsec file contains. It’s a security risk.
I’m using an old cracked version of IDM and it’s still working perfectly.

That’s a pretty interesting website though. It has a post on how to use Internet Download Manager for torrents. Never heard of that.
